Create and activate a conditional query that monitors market data and triggers actions when conditions are met.

Allowed action types: webhook, notify, llm. Trade execution is not available via x402.

Cost: Dynamic (min 5 credits / $0.045). The cost depends on estimated LLM calls over the query's lifetime. Use the validate endpoint to preview costs. Requires x402 payment.
